Please review the terms governing your use of the Multibot application for Bitrix24

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Multibot, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bitrix24 credentials.
  • You must ensure your team uses Multibot in compliance with Bitrix24 policies.
  • You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

Multibot processes chat interactions, CRM information, and documents uploaded by your organization to deliver automated responses. Data is stored in secure infrastructure managed by Elege.me. Multibot never sells customer information to third parties.

  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from end users when required.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is completely immune to risks.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Multibot to send spam, harmful content, or violate Bitrix24's terms.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or bypass functionalities of the application.
  • Use automation features responsibly to avoid degrading Bitrix24 performance.

5. Service Availability

Multibot aims to provide 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via the status page. Service availability also depends on Bitrix24 APIs and external AI providers.

6. Pricing and Billing

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected in the Multibot dashboard. Taxes may apply based on your region. Failure to pay may result in suspension until the account is regularized.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

Multibot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Elege.me is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by external services such as Bitrix24 or AI providers. Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the application.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect improvements in Multibot or legal requirements. Changes will be announced in the application and take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
