Multibot processes chat interactions, CRM information, and documents uploaded by your organization to deliver automated responses. Data is stored in secure infrastructure managed by Elege.me. Multibot never sells customer information to third parties.
Multibot aims to provide 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via the status page. Service availability also depends on Bitrix24 APIs and external AI providers.
Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected in the Multibot dashboard. Taxes may apply based on your region. Failure to pay may result in suspension until the account is regularized.
Multibot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Elege.me is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by external services such as Bitrix24 or AI providers. Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the application.
We may update these terms to reflect improvements in Multibot or legal requirements. Changes will be announced in the application and take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
